Just how does a pyroclean oven work?

Simply set your pyroclean oven to cleaning mode. The oven becomes hot enough — about 500°C — to burn off all the greasy residue inside. The process takes about 1 ½ or 2 hours. The oven locks itself for the duration of the pyroclean cycle and the door is quadruple glazed so that no little fingers can get burnt. 

Once the oven has finished cleaning, you wipe the ashes from the bottom. Your bit is quick and easy.
